Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner Infinitek is recruiting on behalf of a global mining operation near Mese, AZ for an experienced Maintenance Planner to lead maintenance and operations across both mine and plant facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities Develop and manage daily and weekly maintenance schedules Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritise work Participate in weekly planning and scheduling meetings Ensure all materials, tools, and parts are available prior to job execution Process work orders and requisitions from maintenance crews Generate maintenance performance reports and track KPIs Support long-term maintenance planning, including shutdowns and outages Communicate schedules and updates clearly with all relevant stakeholders Inspect work areas and assist in planning future maintenance projects Liaise with equipment vendors, contractors, and suppliers Promote and maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and procedures Experience coordinating maintenance teams and activities

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project) Experience with maintenance management systems Knowledge of Kronos and AutoCAD is advantageous
