What they do
A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in space planning, furniture coordination, workplace planning, facilities projects, or corporate real estate.
- Experience supporting new construction, campus development, renovation, or large-scale workplace projects.
- Knowledge of furniture procurement processes, workplace standards, and occupancy planning.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, furniture plans, and construction documents.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or similar space-planning tools.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
- Experience supporting semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, technology campus, or greenfield construction projects.
- Familiarity with workplace strategy, move management, and furniture asset management systems.
- Experience managing furniture vendors, installation contractors, and workplace consultants.
- PMP, or related professional certification is a plus.
