Job Description
■ General Responsibilities Your duties and roles under Shift Supervisor will include, but are not limited to: Oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance of equipment at the LG Energy Solution site in Queen Creek, AZ. Execute automated equipment maintenance and Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks effectively, utilizing your strong understanding of O&M and proficiency with tools. Safely handle high-temperature fluids and steam within the operational environment. Handle hazardous materials, including NMP, in strict compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP), ensuring the mandatory use of safety gear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Perform essential equipment inspections at elevated heights, including ascending distillation columns and SRP towers that are approximately 200 ft high. Maintain a strict and transparent reporting system, ensuring all operational issues, incidents, and personnel conflicts are immediately and accurately reported to your direct superiors without concealment. ■ Qualifications At least 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred and prior experience as a maintenance or equipment technician a plus High School Diploma/General Educational Development required, advanced education preferred Technical mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience preferred Must be able to properly and regularly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for hours Troubleshooting and problem-solving Strong communication skills
