The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and functional environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Low temp refrigeration Ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
