Resolve Diamondback | Phoenix, AZ Full-Time Resolve Diamondback is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee the daily maintenance, safety, and overall condition of our skilled nursing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that the building, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and compliant with all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, equipment, and grounds Perform routine inspections and address maintenance concerns promptly Manage preventive maintenance schedules and required documentation Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, fire-safety, and life-safety regulations Prepare the facility for inspections, surveys, and emergency drills Coordinate and supervise outside vendors and contractors Monitor maintenance supplies, expenses, and department budget Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and service agreements Respond to urgent maintenance needs and participate in the facility's on-call rotation Work closely with facility leadership to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, employees, and visitors Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a skilled nursing facility, healthcare setting, or similar environment preferred Prior supervisory or department leadership experience preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance Familiarity with life-safety requirements and healthcare regulatory standards Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond effectively to urgent situations Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Must successfully complete all required background checks and employment screenings What We Offer Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth A meaningful role supporting the safety and comfort of our residents If you are a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining a safe, reliable, and welcoming healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply.
