YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY
Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions Repairs, troubleshoots, improves, and maintains high speed production and packaging line equipment Troubleshoots, maintains, overhauls, lubricates, disassembles/reassembles and repairs as needed equipment including Pumps, Valves, Filters, Gearboxes, Fillers, Seamers, Packers Resolves motor, pump, conveyor, and hydraulic issues Interprets schematics and equipment manuals Utilizes Maintenance Management software to receive and print daily work order assignments; track and enter time work against work orders; create repair work orders as needed to correct issues Effectively responds to directions during emergencies by understanding emergency procedures, equipment, and systems as necessary; Implements contingency plan to the level required Knowledge of (SAP) system to analyze and report on machine down-time, Accounted hours, and payroll / vacation hours Highly organized and proactive with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy Help in organizing and preparation of Overhauls Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory Collaborate interdepartmentally to coordinate maintenance efforts and support overall business objectives Ensure compliance with safety and GMP regulations and adherence to company policies in all maintenance activities Apply guidance where it applies to LOTO, Confine Space and any other Hazard working tasks Assist in any other duties as ask by Management
