Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping staff. Oversee daily operations including repairs, preventive maintenance, and cleaning schedules. Conduct inspections to assess facility conditions and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Train and mentor staff on proper maintenance and housekeeping procedures. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications:

Must have 3+ years of relevant experience. Proven experience in a supervisory role within maintenance and/or housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting. Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and housekeeping practices. Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance and cleanliness.
