As a Service Manager, you will oversee the service technicians. It will be your job to put together and finalize routes, order and receive parts, scheduling, processing warranty claims, and constantly expand your knowledge. You will also be challenged with handling customer complaints and retain customers through excellent customer service. Finally, if desired there will be appliance sales which will have commission pay!

Responsibilities:

Build customer relationships Follow up with customers via phone or email Assist in other departments during downtime Manage service team and processing routes in full Greet customers, answering questions, engaging customers with merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service Guiding customers to merchandise within the store
