West Hollywood, CA Pay:

$33.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM About the Role Our client, a leading facilities services provider, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a high-profile site. This role is responsible for leading a team of technicians while ensuring all maintenance, repair, and preventative programs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and support staff Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely completion of work orders Respond to service calls and emergency situations, ensuring minimal downtime Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards Maintain accurate records, logs, and reporting Allocate workload, prioritize tasks, and drive team performance Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of facility maintenance experience with increasing responsibility Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Trade certification (preferred but not required) Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and documentation Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) Strong communication and organizational skills Skills & Competencies Hands-on experience with hand and power tools Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and manual work Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and industrial environments Work may occur in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and operational facilities What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.) Stable, full-time opportunity with a growing organization Opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic facilities environment If this is of interest, please apply or reach out to Jake.
