The organization fosters a hands-on, collaborative culture where employees are empowered to solve problems, improve processes, and support ongoing business growth Job Description Here are the key responsibilities : Lead maintenance efforts for production equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues. Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve uptime and operational efficiency. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, and spare parts inventories. Identify and address potential equipment failures before they impact production. Oversee general building maintenance, utilities, and facility improvements. Support infrastructure projects and ensure a safe, functional work environment. Coordinate specialized repairs and contractor services as needed. Ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Support audits, inspections, and corrective action programs. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Lead, coach, and support maintenance personnel. Coordinate maintenance priorities with operations and production teams. Manage contractor relationships and oversee project execution. The Successful Applicant A successful Maintenance Supervisor should have: High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment. Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience. Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 per year. 401(k) retirement plan.
