The service manager oversees the service and parts department and is responsible for controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining service records. Additionally, they must satisfy service concerns of all customers, ensure that service is performed at the highest level and operate the department profitably. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a service manager in the luxury automotive business. Previous Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus. We are looking for someone with a track record of customer experience excellence and departmental growth who can also manage the financial and employee aspects of a modern service department.
