Job Overview Green Horizons Landscape & Maintenance, Inc. is looking to hire 2 experienced Landscape Maintenance Leads to join our team. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who have experience leading a landscape maintenance crew and take pride in providing quality service. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew Perform and oversee routine landscape maintenance Mowing, edging, trimming, pruning and blowing Monitor properties for irrigation and landscape issues Ensure work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards Communicate with supervisors regarding property needs or concerns Safely operate company vehicles, trailers and landscape equipment Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working at customer properties Qualifications Previous landscape maintenance experience required Previous crew lead/foreman experience preferred

MUST HAVE

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely drive a company truck and trailer Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors and perform physical landscape work Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors We are looking for individuals who want a long-term position with a stable company and are ready to take responsibility for leading a crew and maintaining high-quality properties.
