Accepting applications BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to support an apartment community in La Mesa, CA 91942. This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance leader who can oversee daily operations, guide the maintenance team, and ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

$26/hr

M-F 8-5

8.31.26 | Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team in daily operations
- Oversee work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
- Manage unit turns and ensure make‑readies are completed on schedule
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment
- Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with residents and staff
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Requirements
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
REQUIRED
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
