Job Summary:

The Landscaping Maintenance Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily landscape maintenance operations to ensure high-quality service, safety compliance, and efficient crew performance. This position leads field employees in performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, irrigation inspections, weed control, planting, and general property upkeep. The Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact between management, crew members, and clients, ensuring work is completed on schedule and meets company standards. Essential Duties And Responsibilities The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Help train, mentor and guide crew leaders and crew members. Meet with crew daily
• Helps supervise work and schedules for crews
• Prepares client communications
• Ensure procedures are followed for maintenance and protection of all company assets, such as vehicles, maintenance tools and equipment
• Assists on property inspections
• Gathers information needed for purchase orders/proposals, prepare plant/flower/tree lists
• Perform any and all other duties as requested or assigned by President, Managers or Lead Supervisor
• Consistently communicates with all team members regarding all property needs/notes, meetings, schedules, jobs, etc.
• Proactively assess opportunities for Liliput maintenance to enhance/improve gardens and landscape maintenance at client properties Knowledge And Skill Requirements At least 5+ years of Residential Landscaping experience Knowledge of Irrigation (valves, timers, drip/pop-up) Must be capable of making all PVC repairs Must be familiar with and able to operate all maintenance tools and safety protocol Knowledge of basic planting/fertilization/pruning/pest control Bending/lifting materials up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
