As a Site Maintenance Supervisor , you will oversee daily site operations, team scheduling, safety management, productivity, maintenance activities, and material coordination at Los Angeles. You'll provide hands-on guidance and training to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction while promoting a strong safety culture. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with excellent organizational skills who can effectively support operational management and continually improve processes.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. Oversee daily site and team operations, including scheduling, work orders, safety, productivity, material coordination, and employee relations. Provide direct support, guidance, and on-the-job training to team members. Foster strong working relationships to enhance team and customer satisfaction. Promote a culture of safety by leading new employee safety training and conducting quality control inspections on maintenance activities. Support Operational Managers in monitoring and improving LAXTEC site performance and operational reliability. Develop and maintain processes and documentation to enhance operational efficiency. Lead shift handovers and team briefings Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings, training sessions, airport tours, and audits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License required. 3+ years of maintenance experience 1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience Availability for on-call support and work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate. Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badge

Pay:

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
