Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Maintenance team starting in an Assistant Supervisory role with opportunity to advance to the lead Maintenance Supervisor. This person will lead our facilities maintenance team with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our residential and commercial site. Your leadership will ensure that all equipment and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for grounds keeping, equipment maintenance, light electrical, light plumbing and ensuring optimal performance of maintenance employees. Lead our team of maintenance employees by providing clear guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performing maintenance environment. Develop and implement preventive and project based maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize daily labor output. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine requirements for repair by the team or by outside service providers . Manage facilities maintenance projects from planning through execution while adhering to safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, maintaining safety records, and training team members on proper procedures. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, and asset records. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex issues related to manufacturing equipment or facility infrastructure. Manage parts and equipment inventory and ensure availability of necessary supplies for routine repairs and emergency fixes. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising maintenance activities and teams within both the residential and commercial environments onsite. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience assessing and repairing plumbing systems, light electrical, servicing and maintaining mechanical equipment. Understanding of OSHA safety regulations along with experience implementing safety protocols. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes. Experience managing projects using project management principles to coordinate repairs or upgrades efficiently. Excellent team management skills with a focus on leadership, supervision, and fostering a safety-conscious work environment. Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.
