(323) 537-4711 Duties Supervise and lead facilities maintenance teams to perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and industrial systems. Manage maintenance repair procedures utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedules, and inventory. Troubleshoot engineering issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals; perform diagnostics with tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and high/low voltage testers. Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems including troubleshooting compressors, fans, thermostats, and ductwork in compliance with OSHA safety standards. Conduct electrical system repairs involving high voltage and low voltage circuits; ensure proper use of safety equipment and adherence to electrical codes. Manage facilities maintenance projects from planning through execution while coordinating with vendors or contractors as needed. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations such as OSHA standards; conduct safety training sessions for team members. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, schematics updates, and compliance records. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in facilities management processes to enhance efficiency and safety. Qualifications Proven supervisory or team management experience within industrial or facilities maintenance environments. Extensive mechanical knowledge coupled with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair. Strong electrical experience including troubleshooting electrical systems using voltmeters and ohmmeters; familiarity with high voltage applications. Proficiency in managing programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to industrial maintenance; experience conducting safety audits. Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills in English; capable of providing clear instructions and technical guidance. Relevant certifications such as HVAC certification or electrical licenses are preferred.

Pay:
