  • Resilience Your Role & Impact You will lead our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams and take ownership of the safety, appearance, operation, and overall condition of our community.
Lead and develop the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams. Maintain the interior, exterior, resident apartments, equipment, and grounds to exceptional standards. Perform and oversee repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliances, and building systems. Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify maintenance and safety needs. Ensure resident work orders are completed promptly, professionally, and with respect for each resident's home. Maintain preventative maintenance programs and coordinate vendors and contractors. Support apartment turns, renovations, capital projects, and community improvements. Keep the community safe, beautiful, and tour-ready every day. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of building maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred. Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, equipment maintenance, and general repairs. One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting, organization, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on leadership style and genuine pride in your work. Patience and professionalism when working with seniors, including individuals living with dementia. Must meet applicable background, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
