Together, we create something unique that continues to grow year after year. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Palo Alto, CA branch. This is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success of the branch, including quality, client retention, team development, business growth, operational performance, and profitability . What You'll Do Lead the Palo Alto branch in achieving its overall objectives for quality, client retention, growth, and profitability Ensure the operations team has the people, equipment, resources, and detailed budgets necessary to perform successfully Personally inspect jobs to evaluate quality, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure operational plans are being effectively executed Lead branch team-building, training, coaching, and employee development initiatives Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, industry events, and customer satisfaction initiatives Ensure customer concerns and reasonable requests are addressed quickly, professionally, and effectively Communicate company goals and departmental objectives throughout the branch and ensure teams are aligned and working together Develop strong bench strength within field and management teams to support current operations and future growth Identify and develop internal talent, with promotion from within preferred whenever possible Partner closely with the Business Developer to identify new opportunities and drive market growth Develop and execute appropriate annual, monthly, and weekly business plans for branch operations Hold teams accountable for achieving operational, financial, customer service, and employee-development goals Are You the Right Fit?
