Maintenance Assistant Manager | Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant Manager to join our manufacturing team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA . This is a hands on leadership role for someone who has strong industrial maintenance experience and can lead a team while troubleshooting equipment and supporting day to day maintenance operations. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead, train and support the maintenance team Assign and prioritize daily maintenance work Troubleshoot and debug electrical and PLC related issues Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities Manage maintenance parts, inventory and ordering Utilize a CMMS system to track maintenance activities Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment Help identify recurring equipment issues and implement solutions Required Experience Previous maintenance leadership, supervisor or lead experience Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience Hands on experience with PLCs and electrical troubleshooting Experience with HVAC, boilers and industrial heater ovens Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Welding and plumbing experience Experience using a CMMS system Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to train, guide and assign work to maintenance personnel We are looking for someone who is hands on, technically strong and comfortable leading a maintenance team .
