APARTMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR NEEDED
Apartment Maintenance Supervisor needed for an amazing apartment community. Responsibilities A typical day could include plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs, plus common area Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches. Day to day may include grounds. Complete all make-ready apartments. Perform highly skilled apartment repairs/make readies at various communities Complete maintenance work orders for all maintenance work. o HVAC certified, CPO certified, and experienced in working on hydronic systems o Able to work OT if needed and take on call on a rotation basis o Very organized and dependable o Great customer service skills and ability to provide a great work quality/quantity on a daily basis o Ability to schedule staff and vendors and follow up on work quality o In charge of monitoring inventory and ordering as needed while maintaining budget § Schedule is Monday through Friday 8 to 5 Must be ready to jump in and join the team.
