Maintenance Supervisor - Multifamily (Roseville, CA)

Roseville, CA Property Size:

200+

Units Pay Range:

$22-$50/hr (DOE)

Job Type:

Full‑Time We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our 200+ unit community in Roseville. You'll oversee the maintenance team, manage daily work orders, coordinate unit turns, and ensure the property stays in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

Lead and train maintenance staff Assign and complete work orders and unit turns Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Manage preventative maintenance programs Coordinate vendors and project work Maintain safety and curb appeal Participate in on‑call rotation

Requirements:

3+ years multifamily maintenance experience Supervisory or lead tech experience preferred Strong knowledge of building systems Excellent communication and organization Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license
