We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to work at our property in Sacramento. Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property. Perform typical maintenance duties such as, but not limited to: Assuring all assigned work orders are accurately completed Light electrical repairs Light plumbing repairs Painting, interior and exterior Light carpentry Assisting with move-ins, move-outs and annual inspections Cleaning common areas Maintaining inventory control of all on-site tools, equipment and supplies Replacing blinds, drapes, locks, screens, filters, and bulbs Cleaning trash container area Complying with company safety policies and procedures Reliable knowledge of all utility routing and shut-offs Maintaining shop, storage and equipment is secure Participating in preventive maintenance program.

Experience and Qualifications:

High school diploma. Ability to travel to/from properties and mandatory trainings. At least 4 years experience in multi-family maintenance at 300+ unit property. At least 1 year Experience in leading a team. Ability to lift 50 pounds, 10 pounds over head and scale ladders Pride of workmanship, self-motivated Ability to prioritize and work independently Good communication skills and professional appearance Organized with great attention to detail Capable of performing sustained manual labor Ability to work in inclement weather Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, turn schedules.
