Lead maintenance for a growing food manufacturing operation High-impact role driving equipment reliability and team success About Our Client Our client is an established and growing food manufacturing company with a strong reputation for product quality, operational excellence, and customer service. The company offers a collaborative environment where leaders are empowered to make meaningful operational improvements. This role provides the opportunity to influence plant performance, develop maintenance talent, and play a critical role in ongoing facility expansion and reliability initiatives. Job Description Lead daily maintenance activities for production and facility equipment Manage, coach, and develop a maintenance team of 10+ employees Drive preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related issues Ensure equipment uptime and rapid response to breakdowns Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation Partner with production and sanitation teams to maximize equipment performance Support emergency response activities and facility safety efforts Monitor maintenance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and safety requirements Coordinate outside contractors and service providers when necessary MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with welding, fabrication, and machine repair Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motor controls, drives, and 3-phase electrical systems Proven ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams Strong communication and organizational skills Food manufacturing experience highly preferred Technical certification preferred Bilingual Spanish a plus What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
