About the job Old Town Baking Company San Bernardino, CA | $80,000-$100,000 annually | Full-Time, Exempt Some travel between company locations required. Old Town Baking Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our commercial bakery facilities. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, facility systems, safety, and leadership of the Maintenance team. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise in an industrial manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead maintenance operations and Maintenance employees. Oversee repair and maintenance of mixers, ovens, proofers, conveyors, packaging equipment, and facility systems. Troubleshoot industrial electrical (480V/3-phase), PLC/automation, mechanical, and welding/fabrication issues. Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime. Maintain SQF, HACCP, OSHA, food safety, and safety compliance. Oversee HVAC, forklifts, company vehicles, vendors, and facility projects. Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, purchasing, and equipment replacement. Train, coach, and develop Maintenance employees. Qualifications 7+ years of industrial or food manufacturing maintenance experience. 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience. Strong experience with industrial electrical, PLC/automation, mechanical troubleshooting, and welding/fabrication. Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment reliability. Working knowledge of SQF and HACCP standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
