The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on supervisor responsible for leading the efforts of the maintenance team to ensure the property is in top condition. Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality. In addition, in coordination with the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for supervising and scheduling maintenance activities for all maintenance staff.CLASSIFICATION
Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt SHIFT:
Monday- Friday 8am
- 5pm; Weekends On-Call As needed
COMPENSATION
$28- $30 per hour DOE (Eligible for monthly commissions)
