This direct hire opportunity offers stability, strong benefits, and the ability to make a visible impact on property performance, resident or tenant satisfaction, and daily operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader with strong building systems knowledge, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to guide technicians in a professional property management environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations, including service requests, repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and property upkeep. Lead, train, schedule, and support maintenance technicians to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality work completion. Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, project coordination, and outside contractor performance. Partner with the Property Manager on maintenance planning, budgeting, compliance, inspections, and operational priorities. Ensure safety policies, building standards, and maintenance procedures are followed consistently across the property. Perform or supervise maintenance work involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, general repairs, and building systems.
