Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor-Property Management for a direct hire opportunity in San Ramon, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on property maintenance leader who takes pride in keeping residential or commercial properties safe, attractive, efficient, and well maintained. The Maintenance Supervisor-Property Management will oversee daily maintenance operations, guide maintenance technicians, coordinate vendor work, and partner closely with property management teams to deliver dependable service to residents, tenants, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily property maintenance operations, including service requests, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and project follow-up.
- Lead, support, and mentor maintenance technicians while promoting safe work practices, quality standards, and timely completion of assignments.
- Coordinate with property management teams to prioritize work orders, communicate repair status, and support resident or tenant satisfaction.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, equipment, and common areas to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities.
- Schedule, monitor, and evaluate vendor and contractor work to ensure services are completed accurately, safely, and within expectations.
- Maintain maintenance records, inventory controls, compliance documentation, and clear communication regarding property conditions and operational needs. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
