Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor

This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who takes pride in keeping residential or commercial properties safe, attractive, efficient, and well maintained. The Maintenance Supervisor-Property will oversee daily maintenance operations, support technicians, coordinate vendor work, and partner closely with property management teams to deliver dependable service to residents, tenants, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for assigned residential or commercial properties.
• Lead, support, and coordinate maintenance technicians to ensure work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance are completed efficiently.
• Inspect buildings, systems, grounds, and common areas to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and service priorities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property management teams to complete repairs, projects, and compliance-related work.
• Respond to maintenance issues, resident or tenant concerns, and urgent repair needs with professionalism and a customer-service mindset.
• Help maintain high standards for property appearance, building functionality, safety, and operational reliability. Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
