This role requires advanced, hands-on Yardi Voyager proficiency , strong operational judgment, and the ability to step into an active environment with minimal ramp-up time . This is a hands-on leadership role focused on stability, accountability, and execution across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across a multifamily-property residential portfolio Assist and support the Head of Maintenance as needed Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate multiple vendors across properties Manage daily work orders, emergency repairs, and unit turns Ensure all work orders are accurately assigned, tracked, and closed in Yardi Voyager Visit properties as needed to conduct move-out / unit turn inspections and prepare unit condition and scope-of-work reports. Monitor work order volume and aging across sites and follow up to ensure timely completion Oversee preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance Coordinate vendor access, scheduling, and follow-up Communicate clearly and consistently with property management and office teams Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience , including supervisory responsibility Recent, hands-on Yardi Voyager experience (required) — applicants without Yardi experience will not be considered Strong technical background in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-site portfolios Highly organized, reliable, and able to take ownership immediately with minimal onboarding Strong leadership, communication, and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising regional or large-scale portfolios EPA and/or HVAC certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Additional Information Temporary, full-time assignment Immediate availability preferred Fast-paced, operations-driven environment Applicants must clearly demonstrate recent Yardi Voyager experience.
