Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the company's fleet and drivers across the U.S.; establish and optimize fleet management policies and operational standards. 2. Oversee the full lifecycle management of vehicles, including procurement, leasing, registration, insurance, maintenance, replacement, and decommissioning. 3. Ensure fleet operations comply with relevant U.S. regulations (DOT, FMCSA, IFTA, IRP, ELD, etc.). 4. Establish driver management mechanisms; oversee driver performance, training, and compliance. 5. Monitor operational data—such as utilization rates, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and accident rates—and continuously optimize operational efficiency. 6. Manage costs related to procurement, insurance, maintenance, and fuel to drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements. 7. Liaise with partners such as insurance companies, repair shops, and vehicle suppliers to enhance service quality. 8. Refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fleet management and drive standardization and digitalization. 9. Lead the fleet management team and oversee daily operations; handle other related tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields preferred. 2. 3+ years of experience in fleet, vehicle, or driver management. 3. Familiarity with U.S. commercial vehicle regulations and transportation compliance requirements (DOT, FMCSA, IFTA, IRP, ELD, etc.). 4. Familiarity with processes for vehicle procurement, leasing, insurance, maintenance, and accident handling. 5. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis; familiarity with TMS or fleet management software is a plus. 6. Strong capabilities in team management, project execution, and cross-departmental communication. 7. Strong awareness of cost control and risk management; ability to drive continuous optimization of fleet operations.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
