This pivotal role involves overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a comprehensive understanding of safety regulations. Your primary goal will be to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all plant equipment and facilities, supporting our commitment to operational excellence and safety compliance. Duties Manage and supervise the facilities maintenance team, ensuring adherence to maintenance repair procedures and safety regulations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and high-voltage equipment. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs while managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations through regular training sessions and audits. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and safety protocols. Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing equipment reliability and reducing downtime through innovative solutions. Requirements Proven management experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities with a focus on facilities maintenance management. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, electrical systems (including high voltage), HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance procedures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious work environment. Proficiency in using schematics, engineering troubleshooting tools (voltmeters, ohmmeters), CMMS software, and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safety regulations relevant to industrial environments. Experience managing facilities maintenance teams with a focus on managing multiple projects simultaneously. Technical expertise in managing electrical systems (low voltage and high voltage), HVAC systems repair, plumbing repairs, and mechanical troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination.
