We are seeking someone who is organized, results-driven, and knowledgeable in dealership service operations, customer satisfaction, technician productivity, warranty compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the Service Department, including daily operations, repair-order workflow, technician and advisor performance, customer concerns, warranty processes, staffing, and profitability. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining efficient and profitable department operations.

Responsibilities include:

Manage the daily operations of the Service Department Lead, supervise, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff Monitor repair-order workflow and ensure repairs are completed accurately and promptly Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns Track department performance, labor sales, gross profit, productivity, and expenses Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and dealership procedures Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and training Work closely with the Parts Department to support repair completion and parts availability Maintain proper staffing levels and assist with recruiting and employee development Ensure the department complies with all manufacturer, safety, and regulatory requirements Maintain clean, organized, and efficient department processes

Qualifications:

Previous automotive service management experience required Franchised dealership experience preferred Strong knowledge of dealership service operations, warranty procedures, and manufacturer programs Proven leadership and team-development skills Excellent communication, customer-service, and organizational skills Ability to analyze department performance and achieve profitability goals Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus Toyota dealership experience is a plus We offer: Competitive pay Performance-based earning opportunities Benefits package Opportunity for growth Supportive team environment
