Job Summary Summit Mountain Rentals is a locally operated, privately owned company specializing in vacation rentals across Summit County, Colorado. What we're looking for Summit Mountain Rentals is looking for a strong technically skilled leader who is competent, energetic, and highly skilled in communications and maintenance technical knowledge to join our team. The candidate will supervise 4 field technicians providing lead level knowledge and grow team overall abilities. Scheduling of work orders, performing work orders, acting as escalation and managing and training team members are the primary responsibilities of the position. Acting as technical lead, your guidance provided to other departments will guide owner and customer response and success. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence. Act as technical lead for company and staff. Oversee staffing, training, scheduling to ensure team alignment with SMR standards. Coordinate and monitor work orders, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of maintenance tasks. Ensure quality working relationships with vendors. Support overnight coverage to maintain operational readiness 24/7. Support the tracking of inventory to support efficient maintenance operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and contribute to company-wide initiatives as part of a team-first culture As a member of the SMR/BonHom team, all staff are required to be willing and able to assist in any function of the company on an as needed basis. A team approach means all are willing to help when called for. Job Requirements Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field. Exceptional people skills. Excellent knowledge of building systems, HVAC equipment, and maintenance best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts. Willingness to work weekends when needed.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
