Shop Foreman Durango Truck Accessories Pay:

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience Durango Truck Accessories is seeking an experienced, hands-on Shop Foreman to lead daily shop operations. This position performs and oversees truck-accessory installations while ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Lead daily shop meetings and coordinate the workload. Assign jobs and keep technicians productive and on schedule. Perform installations and assist technicians with troubleshooting. Inspect completed work for proper operation, cleanliness, and quality. Train, motivate, and supervise technicians. Enforce safety and PPE requirements. Maintain an organized shop and report supply needs to management. Explain installed products to customers. Cover the front sales counter and answer phones when needed. Experience and Qualifications Truck-accessory installation, automotive service, fabrication, spray application, or similar experience required. Supervisory or shop-leadership experience preferred. Strong mechanical, electrical-diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment. Professional communication and customer-service skills. Valid driver's license and dependable attendance. Tools Required Candidates should have their own basic professional hand and installation tools.
