A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

As a member of the Planning team, our Planning Technician performs a wide variety of functions, including responding to daily planning questions, review of building permits and plans, zoning verification and business license requests, and various administrative support functions for the Planning team. Candidates work under the direct supervision of the Director to carry out assigned duties, functions, roles, and projects in both routine and complex circumstances. Expected starting salary:
$26.91- $32.30, DOQ.
