Job Description
SWAN Loveland is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential heating, cooling, and plumbing service operations. You will supervise and mentor technicians, schedule and dispatch jobs, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold our safety and customer-first standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex HVAC issues, supporting estimates, handling escalated customer concerns, and ensuring code compliance.
