Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing maintenance operations and prioritizing work orders Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, drywall, and pool systems Preparing and maintaining "ready" apartment units to support leasing efforts Managing maintenance inventory and supplies Leading by example with a hands-on approach and team-oriented mindset Our employees are truly what makes this a great company. Our supervisors are hands-on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances.
