In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities through proactive management, technical expertise, and leadership. Your energetic approach will drive continuous improvement, foster team collaboration, and uphold the highest standards of facilities management. Duties Manage and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple facilities, ensuring timely repairs and preventative maintenance. Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team. Oversee the operation of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical systems to troubleshoot issues effectively. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedule inspections, and optimize maintenance workflows. Maintain HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure—including high voltage and low voltage systems—and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with industrial manufacturing standards and facilities management best practices. Lead project management efforts for facility upgrades, repairs, or new installations while adhering to safety protocols and budget constraints. Conduct inspections using tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical faults and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards related to high voltage, low voltage, electrical experience, and industrial maintenance protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, schematics, inspections, and repairs for audit purposes. Skills Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with strong supervisory skills. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting—including high voltage and low voltage systems—and HVAC operations. Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and maintenance planning. Strong understanding of schematics, electrical diagrams, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff. Effective communication skills in English to clearly articulate technical information and collaborate across departments. Hands-on experience with industrial manufacturing facilities or large-scale properties is highly desirable. Ability to interpret schematics accurately using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
