Customer Service Representative:

You'll be: Serving as the primary point of contact for Medicare members, providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers Assisting with claim and prescription-related issues via phone and email Clearly explaining benefits and resolving inquiries with patience and care Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all member interactions Collaborating with internal teams to research and resolve complex cases Following up consistently to ensure issues are fully resolved Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and completing all required training This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have previous customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare or insurance environment (must have) Possess knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Part D, and general insurance terminology (preferred) Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Show strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Can multi-task, stay focused, and pay close attention to detail Are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Are comfortable navigating internal databases and web-based platforms Exhibit patience, empathy, and professionalism What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
