ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist in completing work orders from resident service requests by diagnosing issues and making repairs in accordance with established policies and safety standards. Oversee the "make-ready" process for vacant apartments, including conducting inspections, creating maintenance task lists, scheduling contractors, obtaining supplies, and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard. Develop and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards throughout the community, ensuring all areas, including grounds and common spaces, reflect the company's high quality. Inspect the building and property daily, addressing safety issues promptly. Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repairs after hours. Make budget recommendations for maintenance line items to the Community Manager. Order and maintain inventory of building materials and supplies. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to obtain bids for repairs and replacements. Ensure the general upkeep of building common areas and grounds. ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE
$28/hr- $30/hr Annual Performance Bonus This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting.
