We are looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to join our growing service team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive technician or Shop Foreman who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key leadership role within a busy, high-performing service department.

Compensation & Schedule Salary:

$100,000

• $125,000 per year Monday
• Friday | 7:00 AM
• 5:00 PM No weekends

Requirements:

Provide technical guidance and support to a team of up to 40 technicians Assist technicians with complex diagnostics and difficult repairs Help ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards Monitor workflow and help keep the shop operating efficiently Support Service Advisors and management with technical questions and repair recommendations Review and assist with complex diagnostic concerns Help develop and mentor technicians through training and hands-on support Maintain high standards for repair quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Work closely with the service management team to identify and resolve operational challenges Stay current with vehicle technology, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer procedures Lead by example and contribute to a positive, professional shop environment

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar senior technical role Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Proven ability to support and lead a team of technicians Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service environment If this sounds like the right role for you, apply now!
