Compensation Hourly Rates are experienced based: Crew Leader - $20.00 - $25.00 (Previous Verifiable Landscape Crew Leader Experience) Qualifications Professional Landscape Experience Preferred Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen to obtain a medical DOT card. Valid Driver's License and a clean driving history for a minimum 3 -5 years, and reliable transportation. Winter snow removal is required for this position during the season break. (On call any day and anytime with 24 hrs. in most situations. Includes an hourly rate increase for winter.
