Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Quick Lube Manager to lead our fast-paced automotive service team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations of the quick lube center, ensuring efficient vehicle maintenance services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety standards, and maintain high-quality service delivery. Duties Supervise daily operations of the quick lube center, including oil changes, tire services, alignments, and vehicle inspections Lead, motivate, and train technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Manage workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times for customers Ensure all services are performed accurately using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Maintain inventory of automotive parts and supplies necessary for service delivery Uphold safety regulations by conducting regular safety checks and promoting a safe work environment Provide excellent customer service by explaining services, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction Skills Proven quick lube experience or automotive service background with mechanic experience Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, oil changes.
