In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Your expertise will drive the implementation of maintenance repair procedures, manage facilities maintenance teams, and uphold safety regulations to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work. Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and other facility equipment using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools. Troubleshoot complex engineering issues related to mechanical systems repair, electrical systems, HVAC system repair, and industrial maintenance tasks using schematics, multimeters (voltmeters), ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Oversee electrical work involving high voltage and low voltage systems while ensuring compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry best practices. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets effectively. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for team members. Maintain detailed records of maintenance repairs, inspections, and safety compliance using CMMS software; prepare reports for management review. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues involving mechanical troubleshooting techniques and schematic diagrams. Manage facilities maintenance procedures in accordance with industry standards to optimize operational efficiency. Skills Proven management experience leading facilities or maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, electrical systems (including high voltage), HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance practices. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects. Proficiency in using schematics, engineering troubleshooting tools (multimeter/voltmeter/ohmmeter), and CMMS software for record keeping and planning. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and safety regulations specific to manufacturing facilities. Excellent communication skills in English for clear instructions and documentation purposes. Ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately.
