Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repairs clearly, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage service writing, auto estimating, and parts ordering to optimize profitability while maintaining transparency with customers. Promote upselling of additional services such as transmissions, oil changes, alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper handling of cash transactions while adhering to financial controls. Stay current with automotive industry trends and technical advancements to support mechanic training and diagnostics accuracy. Requirements Proven dealership experience with a strong background in auto service management. Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures including transmissions, oil changes, brakes, suspensions, alignments, tire services, diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, and auto body repair. Hands-on mechanic experience or familiarity with service technician roles is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Proficiency in auto estimating software and service writing processes. Demonstrated ability in upselling services and automobile sales to maximize revenue opportunities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and inventory management.
