This role leads all facility and equipment maintenance activities, manages the maintenance team, and ensures production equipment runs safely, reliably, and efficiently. Schedule Full time, standard weekday shift with occasional flexibility to support production needs. Compensation $85,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience. What You'll Do The Maintenance Manager leads, coaches, and develops maintenance technicians and support staff while planning and overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across production machinery, facility systems, utilities, and supporting equipment. This person works to reduce downtime through root-cause analysis and corrective action, builds maintenance schedules that align with production needs, and manages the CMMS, work orders, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory. They also track key maintenance metrics such as downtime, response time, preventive maintenance completion, and equipment reliability. This role coordinates equipment installations, upgrades, repairs, and capital improvement projects, and manages relationships with outside contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers. The Maintenance Manager ensures compliance with OSHA requirements, company safety policies, and environmental standards, supports continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives, and prepares and manages the department's operating and capital budgets. This person collaborates closely with production, engineering, quality, and operations leadership, and provides hands-on technical support when complex equipment issues arise. Required Qualifications Five or more years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment Experience using a CMMS or similar maintenance management platform Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of OSHA standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and industrial safety practices Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, facilities management, or a related field Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery, industrial controls, HVAC, compressors, boilers, and facility systems Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification Experience managing capital projects and equipment installations Compensation and Benefits $85,000 to $100,000 per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off To apply, submit your resume for consideration.
