Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (CT) Maintenance Director to oversee all aspects of facilities and industrial maintenance operations within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, and proven leadership skills to lead a maintenance team effectively. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing facilities through proactive maintenance strategies and project management. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of all maintenance activities. Develop, implement, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs utilizing CMMS systems. Manage facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), mechanical equipment, and industrial machinery. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Oversee the installation, repair, and upgrade of equipment using knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to high voltage, low voltage, and industrial maintenance procedures. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or new installations with internal teams or external contractors using project management best practices. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory through CMMS software. Monitor equipment performance metrics to optimize operational uptime and reduce downtime. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by training staff on new technologies and best practices in industrial maintenance. Qualifications Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance leadership roles. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), mechanical systems, HVAC systems, and schematics interpretation. Strong background in industrial maintenance with hands-on experience using ohmmeters, schematics reading, and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Supervising experience with a focus on team development and leadership in a manufacturing setting. Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration across departments. Technical knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) essential for troubleshooting automation issues. Ability to read technical schematics and manuals accurately. Knowledge of safety standards related to high voltage, low voltage, HVAC systems, and general industrial environments.
