Maintenance Supervisor TRYKO Partners Washington, DC Job Details Full-time $30 - $35 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Minor electrical repair Customer communication Customer relationship building Drywall repair Electrical work Maintenance painting Boiler repair Appliance repair Hot water heating systems Handling customer service requests HVAC system repair Facilities maintenance customer service Electrical maintenance Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, turning units and ensuring that service requests are completed in a timely manner. Must be motivated & available to work "On Call" HVAC certification is a plus! The successful candidate must be experienced with service and repair in the following areas: Electrical Appliance HVAC (Only to troubleshoot hot water baseboard boiler systems) No AC on this property Drywall Plumbing Painting Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential. This position provides excellent salary and benefits package.
