Job Description

Job Title:
Commercial Building Maintenance Supervisor Reports To:
Facilities Manager Position Objective:
Perform skilled maintenance and repair work across all FSO facilities as needed. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Ability to work nights and weekends when required Supervisory experience Healthcare experience preferred Detailed Responsibilities Perform skilled maintenance and repairs in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Lead and supervise maintenance crews, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and reviewing completed work when needed. Conduct routine inspections, identify repair needs, and ensure all work complies with safety codes and regulations. Operate tools, equipment, and maintenance vehicles safely and effectively. Complete administrative tasks such as processing work orders, maintaining records, submitting material requisitions, and preparing reports. Respond to emergencies and after-hours maintenance issues as required. Participate in
On Call Rotation Physical/Mental Demands:
Must handle multiple tasks simultaneously and subject to interruptions. Physical effort requires repetitive movements, standing, walking, stooping, squatting, reaching above shoulder level, climbing and heavy lifting.
